What a BIG disappointment.
We are very happy with TruGreen ...our Mosquito problem is much better because of there service
Christopher was the representative .I appreciated his work.
They started well and seemed like a reputable nationwide company, but I soon discovered they lacked integrity. They didn’t provide the products promised for my service, failed to return phone calls, and supervisors were unwilling to discuss the issues. I took videos showing the product being applied sparsely and documented missed fertilizing appointments. They repeatedly broke their promises. I don’t recommend this company. I contested the charges and my credit card company refunded the full $800 after reviewing the evidence... read more
