I had issues with my lawn and after 3 attempts of scheduling and changing my schedule over 3 weeks. they kept texting am of the appointments to cancel . Even after I told them after speaking attempt i woukd cancel service if they cancel appt again. They did anyway. Apparently the issue of my yellowing lawn wasnt concern after they been treating it for 3 months. It looked better before they started.
I’ve been with TruGreen 7 years, and must compliment the Oldsmar branch tech, Johnny. He is a true asset and takes pride in his work. It’s a pleasure to have Johnny service my lawn, knowing he loves his job, and my lawn will benefit from that. Thank you, Johnny!
