I rarely respond to a request for a review, but I’m going to make an exception. I cannot comment to individual treatments, but I would respond to my overall satisfaction. I had Massey, Greenup for over 30 years. There were times when I was 100% satisfied with the service but other times when I wasn’t. I will say that Massey, worked with me to get the most out of their program. Now since I’ve had TruGreen, I will have to say that my Lawn has never looked better. Still in the repair phase of our experience, our lawn was severely damaged by a neighbor and another neighbor's lawn workers. They made it look like they were fixing it but used the wrong sod and it was very weedy already plus they raked construction trash into our dirt/sand so no grass could be established there. Beyond terrible. But if with TruGreen their methods can fix it so that it can become weed-free and bug-free I give it 5 stars.
