Trugreen is a huge corporation. Any conversation about timing of visit, is a waste of time. I was scheduled for 9-noon. I called to check and was told it was this afternoon. Nothing ever happens Ever the way they say it will happen. My yard has uninstall parameters. Consequently, 1/4 of my property is never treated, and most the techs never read the notes about my property boundaries!
Very nice employees, good communication system. I recommend home owner takes periodical picture or video of areas affected. True green should send their most knowledgeable experts if problem persist to better treat issues
We received excellent service from both the company and the technicians who visited us; they were very respectful and professional. Now, we just have to wait to see the results of their work on my lawn.
TruGreen starting servicing our lawn an couple of months ago and it looks fantastic. No more HOA on my back because of weeds. Even the backyard that lacked actual grass is looking lush. The only issue I have now is that the lawn needs to be mowed more often. Not a bad thing. Thank you to Lawrence for convincing me to trust your services.
