Run!!!! They totally killed my new sod 3 times. Cannot believe I let them have another chance and they over fertilized it 3 friggin times!!!!

I am so disappointed in TruGreen, beyond measure! For a year, I watched my grass slowly die and become brown and patchy. During that year, TruGreen did the treatment. When I finally called to cancel the service, TruGreen sent a manager to my home who immediately recognized the problem, my grass will not grow in a shaded area! For over a year, I paid for this service and I was never told, EVER this was the problem! Instead, they would just suggest a "different" treatment! Be careful of this company what I deem is deceitful. They will tell you the service is for a year 10 sprays every 5 weeks. What they don't tell you is they double up the sprays with one visit ie chinch bug and fertilizer. They also then add potassium which is another spray. Now you only have 7 sprays left after the first 30 days. Then they double up again to use up the sprays so they can charge. This is 2 weeks after the first application. Completely killed my lawn. Waiting for them to call me back to make it right. This review will remain until they do.
