This company is absolutely horrible! Ive had them for a little over a month and both times they've come out, the service was either done half correctly or not completed at all!!! The first time it happened, the technician came out and sprayed one aisle down my yard which is 15,000 sq, ft., and packed and left. I was watching him the entire time as well as him being recorded on my home cameras, since he pulled into my driveway. Worst company and customer service ever.
POORLY MANAGED It is my opinion that they oversell and follow every question with the canned response of “we’re the largest in the nation”, which does nothing for me as a customer other than create a lot of red tape. I called twice to discuss the multiple inaccurate text messages regarding my first scheduled service. With broken English, the representative stated she did not have access to that information.
