Very poor communication. Most of the time I have no idea what they were applying and why. If there is an obvious problem with the lawn it's not brought to owners attention usually and rarely, if ever, is a solution or treatment plan presented. Have been thinking of ending service for a while now. Two stars instead of one only because they show up when they say they will.
