Ryan did an outstanding job treating our lawn. We had a discussion on the phone prior to the lawn treatment and he really listened to my specific concerns. Two weeks later I have noticed a great improvement in our lawn.
Got a call yesterday, saying TruGreen would be out on Nov 29 to spray my lawn. Today, Nov 29, just before noon, a tech arrived. Because I was on a phone call, I was unable to answer the front door when he knocked. He left without doing ANYTHING. Now, one might say that I'm a cynic, but in years past, we cancelled our service with TruGreen because I literally watched a tech arrive, knock, and leave without providing service. Very pleasant technicians (whether my usual technician or an occasional substitute) who are attentive to my concerns. I have had the same technician for years so he knows my lawn and what my concerns are, even if I can't be here when he comes. On occasion he has even stopped by when he was in the area to make sure my lawn was responding properly to treatments.
We have been very pleased with the professional service and followup that TruGreen has provided for us.Highly recommend their services.
At the beginning of the year, my lawn had bare spots, brown spots, and lots of weeks. TruGreen applications corrected the problems and I now have a lawn that I can be proud of. Thanks TruGreen.

A couple of months ago if it weren't for weeds, our lawn would not have been green at all. We noticed that our neighbor had a beautiful lawn--green grass and no weeds--so when we saw the TruGreen technician treating their lawn we struck up a conversation and signed up for service. We see the result of treatments already, weeds going away and grass appearing more healthy, so we know we are well on our way to a beautiful lawn just like our neighbor's and the other TruGreen lawns in our neighborhood.
Lawn looks much better since I started using true green service rep is always pleasure helpful with any problems I may have with the lawn.
