We wanted the weeds to go away and the grass to grow. A one on one to discuss exactly how much did we want. Our neighbor has top of the line great lawn. We want no weeds and a budget mined yard. TruGreen gave both our neighbor and us what we wanted at the price we wanted. I periodically check out the competition but after all is said and done, I've stayed with TruGreen for over 15 years. It has been a better alternative than doing it ourselves.
I was skeptical at first, but after the first year my yard was looking pretty good. This year was just maintenance and killing the broad leaf weeds that have been hard to get rid of. Overall, very impressed.
I was so frustrated with my old lawn company! Unreliable and ineffective, I had a new house with a lawn I didn't think would ever would ever shape up. Thanks Trugreen for stepping Ginny and making things right with the first application!
Friendly Customer Service Tech who arrived on the day scheduled. He explained which treatment I would receive. My red-tip fotinas and my crepe myrtle are flourishing.
TruGreen is always on time &; let's us know in advance when they will be there. The technician does more than apply fertilizer &; move on to the next customer. If there is a problem, he will point it out &; offer a solution. Plus, if we're home when he arrives, he always notifies us & tells us what we need to do after the application
