The new App is very customer friendly The new App is very customer friendly. It keeps the customer up to date on when the applications are scheduled, the name of the service representative, and when it was applied.
We have been very happy with the service. My lawn looks so much better since we started using TruGreen! It is thicker, greener, and hardly any weeds. The technicians will come knock on the door before they start the service and answer any questions I have about my lawn care, as well as make suggestions about what I can do between services to keep my lawn happy (how to properly water etc). We have been very happy with the service.
