Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me on track to a great yard.
I have been using TruGreen for many years and I find them very professional. Charles Council is the Specialist who usually comes to my house and he is excellent. Leaves great comments that have helped me understand what is going on with my lawn and when I call, they are respectful and go out of their way with appts, etc.

I had forgotten to unlock my gates to my backyard and the service technician went out of his way to arrange coming back to my home to service my yard.

My specialist did a great job today. I watched as he sprayed all the trees and shrubs for tiny mites that have been eating at the leaves.
We have only recently started with TruGreen (One month), so it is difficult to evaluate the results yet. Both of the technicians that have provided service have been very professional and appear to have provided good service. Time will tell after the treatments have had time to work.
Customer service by staff is awesome. . My yard has a long ways to go, wish my front was a good as my back yard..
Service was on schedule and professionally done... Talked with tech about his recommendations...good
