We had 2 different applications so far. The first was for the lawn, and the guy who Can out was ok. He seemed a little shy and didnt speak much. The se once application was for mosquito control and the women who applied the spray spent a few minutes speaking to me beforehand. I appreciated her attentiveness and the fact that she was so knowledgeable about the products.
Casey was very nice and explained what she was doing. She is very nice and did a great job. Tru green came out on a follow up at no cost to me and that means a lot.
I've had service now on my lawn and trees. Absolutely great service,, couldn't ask for much more. The ability to track service is fantastic. Always know when they will arrive. Best money spent to have a beautiful yard.
Their service was prompt and punctual. The yard specialist was very professional and knowledgeable. Seemed to know what our yard needed. I am rating 5 stars because everything so far has been 5 star service. It is too soon to tell if the treatment was right or not for our yard, but I have seen some of our neighbors yards come back from the brink of extinction thanks to Trugreen so I have no doubt they will deliver great results.
Always on time, always courteous and professional. I love the app where I can see past and future service... and I can track my technician on his way to my house. He always calls as well to let me know he is on the way. My lawn looks awesome, my trees/shrubs look great, and we also don't have mosquitos this year since we signed up for that service. I highly recommend TruGreen!!
Excellent communication. Efficient and professional service. Each technician takes the time to explain the respective service and provide a written summary of what had been done. This is my first year with True Green so I need to wait until the end of the year to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatments.
Good, prompt service. Good explanation of what/how/why things are done. Always polite and personable.
These guys are the real deal. I am completely amazed at their knowledge of grass, trees/shrubs and how to treat areas of my property. I must admit that it does take time to see results (as they are coming into to something that already has issues and they will treat to fix the areas of concern). They are amazing and their customer service is second to none. Stay the course to good results.
It has been wonderful! The customer service is great! And their products work!!!
