Grass looks worse than a year ago. I wanted it to stay nice so setup contact. More weeds, cinch bugs eating up grass turning it yellow... Can't get directly to the office, call center always say they can't reach them & will leave a message. I told call center agent to freeze billing until issues resolved. Can not recommend.
