I am always informed ahead of time when a treatment will be done. On the day of the treatment the person doing the treatment knocks on the door and lets me know he is here and what he will be doing. Your personnel are always courteous and are willing to answer any questions about the current treatments or future treatments. My lawn is still a work in progress, however, I can see positive results.
My lawn has never looked as good as it had since Trugreen started treating it. Beautiful, lush, green and weed free. My bushes and plants are healthy and have very little bug damage. If I call to have them retreated for bugs, no questions asked they come back and treat again.
I really do think your product makes a difference Lawn looks great even in low water conditions
