Had a miscommunication today with them regarding my baby Machu and a urine sample I left for them as requested. The owner called me immediately and assured me that my babies well being is important to them. This meant the world to me and showed me how much they actually care. We are the only ones that can speak up for our fur babies. Will definately take my boys back to True Vets. Update, they are getting horrible, no phone calls answered, website is down, just not a good experience lately
Very inconsiderate to shut down and not give patients their dogs records!!!!
Apparently this place has closed. We’ve called several times; no answer. Left messages; no response. Driven by there twice in the last week and no one’s there. Very bad practice to close a business and not send us our dog’s shot records. Now we have to find a new vet and don’t have records for the last two years.
Drove an hour to be told the doctor isn’t there.. Had an appointment, no one ever called to let us know.
Inherited two old dogs and took the here for their first check up and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was so nice and treat my dogs like their own. Reasonably priced and no pressure sales. Will be my new vet. Thank you so much everyone there
