Went in the other night around 8 pm to an almost empty restaurant and should have known something was wrong by that sign. The server got our orders wrong and would take forever to bring us the correct food. The food was rather cold especially the fries and this is after him coming out to tell us that our orders were only waiting for fries so we were waiting for cold fries? Would never return here and it was such a let down because I loved the idea of the place.
Love this returning great people great environment and amazing people to work for !

Went to lunch today with large group including out of town family and friends with children. Staff very helpful and attentive especially server William. our guests were impressed with the unique menu items they ordered (Loco Moco, Luau Burger, Frozen Pineapple, etc) and with the décor. Special orders and the substitutions were handled flawlessly. We will keep coming back.
This is a hidden gem. I already love the sweet tea and they go and add mango or strawberry bubbles! Super friendly & knowledgeable staff, menu has tons of variety and the atmosphere definitely puts me in a vacation mood. I wish that lived closer but I will definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area.
We love Truett's Luau!! Unique, delicious food, amazing decor, friendly service a waterfall on the patio, and more! Our kids love it too! The banana macadamia nut pancakes, Kona coffee, Hawaiian bread pudding, sweet ginger calamari, luau burger, Ahi Tuna, and sweet potato fries are some of our favorites!
