Came here tonight for bday dinner. Hadn't been here in over a year but last time I was here, was a good experience. Not this time. Very slow service. Took over 15 mins. To just get drinks. Our server got an attitude with me at one point bc I wasn't ordering fast enough for his liking. Another server had to help with our table, which was only a 4 person party bc our assigned server was soo slow. Our original server never even asked about drink refills. I love The Luau. We always have friendly service and great food. It's always very clean. I recommend greatly!!
I was very disappointed in the food and the service, we were treated by a bot that could not speak clearly, but had to ask him to repeat what he said 3times. We were seated with no kids menus ( had 3 childre with us ) the children were not givens flowers. We gave out drink orders and then we had to ask for our waiter to be found cause he never came back. The food was warm not hot, the lava rocks we ordered were burnt ever the second time after we sent them back. I will nnot t be back.

Our real estate team meets here a couple of times a year and the service, food, and atmosphere are always excellent!
The customer service was surprisingly poor for a Chick-Fil-A. We had a total of four waiters (three of which asked for our drink order and never came back). The last one was super nice, but also extremely busy with a large party. It took us over an hour and a half to get our food. I did not enjoy my meal whatsoever. It was lukewarm and I suppose I did not enjoy the Hawaiian spin on the chicken. I don't believe I will ever go back. The tropical atmosphere is the only thing going for the place.
Good, original menu. Fresh ingredients. Wonderful decor and delightful service. A Fayetteville treasure! Worth the drive for ITP ATL residents. Venture to the southern arc, Y'allywood, where life is nicer.
Food is awesome, but the waiters and waitresses are not very attentive. Every time I go I'm greeted amazingly then from there it's kinda downhill service wise. But the food is AMAZING.
