On august 25th I was involved in an accident that resulted in damage on my passenger side paneling, my passenger headlight removed in the crash, and the front bumper destroyed as well as a loose radiator bracket. All cosmetic damage, nothing too serious. I was told by a few people to use Truett’s auto Collison. A decision I deeply regret. From the start it was chaos. The painter at Truett's Auto Collision, Tom Narcisi, did a paint job for me,,using his company as a reference. This job lasted almost 2 years and $3000. After a lot of headache and chasing,, the car was returned with only engine bay and some side panels painted. Still has not returned all car parts or paint or any money,, so question is do I sue the company or the individual? Or should I take the car up there with signs to show how 'good' their painter is...Only gave one star because I had too. Sorry Truett, should not have ... read more

The quality and workmanship on my car was awful! It was taken through addy harbor dodge, and it had to be repainted 5 times and it still isn't right! Don't waste your time here if you want professional work!
