Terrible job of roofing my home. Leaked in two places. When they sent someone out to fix my ceiling the guy sprayed bleach on my ceiling to repair the water stain and the bleach from the spray bottle fell onto the carpet and bleached my carpet. Never use them ever again and would not give one star.
We contacted Scott several months ago, by phone, regarding the roof they put on three and a half years ago. We have Gutter Helmet on the roof/gutters (don't get this product!!!) and had requested that they remove it when they installed the new roof. Instead, they removed the Gutter Helmet, reinstalled it, and it doesn't work at all now. Rain now runs directly on the ground, right next to the foundation, and not in the gutters at all. We used Truett to put a new roof on the house and to replace the siding/boxing on the chimney. Everything they did was beyond our expectations. They found things that were either done incorrectly by previous companies or just damaged, and remedied those issues at no charge. They installed brand new flashing and water diverter's on top of all of this (also at no charge). I will always go to Truett first.
