I have had a great experience with Truetimber -- **** came out this March to look at a dead pine tree in my front yard and looked at other trees in the back on his first visit last year, and he identified several different species of trees and gave a little bit of information about each. I was impressed with his knowledge and with his experience, and that led me to go with Truetimber for my needs. I have had True Timber Arborists out last year and just last month to assess the health of my trees and to prune dead limbs. They love to climb trees. That fact alone shows their dedication to the job they love. No oversized ladders - these folks use ropes for climbing and descending. They are careful not to harm the healthy parts of trees and if there is any question about whether to cut or not to cut, they will be cautious and decide to wait one more year to see if a tree will recover on its own. I am very impressed with these folks! A tree fell on our house and deck Friday. All I could think about all morning is my baby shower is in two weeks. And I need my deck for overflow of people! That day TrueTimber quickly came out to give us an estimate. The next morning they were at my house ready to work at 8 am! They were done in 2.5 hours. True is in their name. Truetimber talks the talk and walks the walk. True professionals. Truly skilled. Truly considerate. Truly good guys and gals. They masterfully removed a tree for me and my wife and pruned a couple others, and left nothing but sawdust and relief. AND Scott and his crew are philanthropists too. Someone came out to give an estimate the same day I contacted Truetimber. They fit me in the very next day to remove my tree. Excellent job with the removal, cleanup and I highly recommend them.
