Was everything is okay and nice until doctor making decision. Was waiting for the results more than a week and pharmacy as me go home and wait for there call but never happened and then i back again but they not allow me to take the prescription in some reason about my insurance or else I don’t know event the pharmacist he told me if I need my pills he will purchase more than 2grand so idk my Life saving just take risk out there and treat patient like that totally not.. right
I love the staff that I know and have met and have interactions with everytime, such as, Michael, Heather is awesome but even though she's not my doctor anymore, I still loves her because she listens to your problems and she tries to find a solution for you, and now I have Trevor and he's awesome also, but Stephane and Jaquille, there awesome for what they do too. The clinic made a decision to discontinue my care in May. They did not notify me until I contacted them two months later, while already having run out of my prescription refills. Complete mismanagement of a patient relationship. I have to find a new doctor while being out of life saving prescription medicine.
