My life was saved by Ms. Holden 10 years ago. She is the best counselor I have had. Thank you for everything that you have done for me! I aspire to be like you some day... taking my classes now. Please if you go to this facility in York, and you have a counselor you do not "click with", don't be afraid to speak up and ask to change. I have only had experience with 3 in the True North facilities. Jack from Hanover is also great!
I currently receive services at True North Wellness in York Pa on Roosevelt Ave. I have been going there almost 2 years now and I am very happy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the psychiatrists they have did not help me at all. There are 2 at the york office and both seemed detached and not too concerned about my conditions. They seemed as though they just wanted to know enough to write a prescription and send me on my way. I also felt judged by them.
