TrueNest provides wonderful support to both the tenant and landlord. They are respnsive, organized, patient, and thorough. Billing is fully transparent to both the tenant and landlord with easy access at any time (portal). They also have a mass of dependable vendors ready for repairs. Truly thankful for Truenest's entire team!
TrueNest took longer than the 15 days allotted in their agreement to process our application. In that time we lost the opportunity to apply for several other properties we were looking at, costing us greatly. Their representative Cristine C wasn’t returning our calls or emails until after the 15 days had passed, which is already a very long time to process an application.
