Customer services is horrible staff is rude. False advertising. It's been 28 hours and still no results .
If I could give Zero stars I would. Tell you their Covid Test is free, then charge you $129 and don't provide you a simple detailed bill in order to be reimbursed by insurance. AVOID!!! Horrible customer service and evangelical resistance to helping those who need a simple invoice. I've contacted them directly about providing such a simple document when needed and they refused. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If you've got BCBS and probably any other major health insurance carrier they're not in network. Go somewhere else.
