RPM did a terrible job managing our property. They claimed to do a comprehensive background check on perspective renters. The renters they selected for our property were later found to have been evicted from the house they rented just prior to ours. After a year they stopped paying rent and it took 3 months to evict the from our house. We ended up losing over $8000 in rent and several thousand more in repairs.
