Good service
The doctor was kind, understanding, open minded and willing to listen. Very short wait time.
Awesome Urgent care. Went to Lakeside first and it was a waste of time, the doctor didn’t even look at the right spot that was messed up, basically told to just go and suffer. True Care was the complete opposite, friendly staff, the ladies are very nice, and lastly - a very friendly , empathetic, knowledgeable doctor ; just make sure to speak up if you have a question or concern, thanks again True Care!
The receptionist was really friendly and helpful
Cassie Kyer was the nurse practitioner that saw me. She was very caring and respectful. The other staff were very polite. I received excellent care.
