I had same issue with my new ears. Promised offfice would be there so I purchased a new set. Now need help with broken piece and humming and no one there.
It's like dejavu all over again....so today I had a 10:30 am appointment at TruEar of New Port Richey, scheduled six months ago after my annual hearing exam. I drive all the way over there and the door is locked. Nobody there, but there's a note on the window that says they're closed, will open in the future under new management....sorry for your inconvenience. What's wrong with you people? It is the worst place I have ever been to and I would like the phone number for the corporate office to find how come it has a bod bad
Dr. Michelle Frenton and the TruEar staff are outstanding. I’ve been her patient for a long time and gone through the process of going from hearing aids to cochlear implants. Dr. Michelle is an exceptional doctor that cares about her patients and does a great job of informing and taking care of your needs. I’ve been to other hearing facilities that it felt like I was at a used car dealership pushing a sale. You won’t experience that at TruEar. I highly recommend TruEar for your all your hearing care.
