I would definitely not send my children there if I was you! Ever since they changed companies my child was No longer in service without a notice. They said they had sent out packets but never did. And the receptionist is totally unprofessional and give you an appointment date on a card and then you take off from work and arrive then she tells you that someone was supposed to call you and that there is no appointment for that day! I've been a client at the Monroe, LA office since January when it was still True Visions. Within two weeks of Biltmore taking over my counselor was fired and I was given someone new. This new person was not a good fit. The reason I'm writing is my last appointment in February had a followup on May 23. When I went in to my appointment today I was told I was discharged on April 1st.
