Ive been in my home for 6 years and am writing a review now as I can fully be confident in what im saying I love my home and have had no trouble at all the quality is fantastic, its well built and i cant recommended this builder highly enough, everyone was very helpful and it all went very smoothly

I've been holding off the review so that I can be certain of the quality. I built with True Value in 2019 and the home was handed over in 2020. Have lived now in the place for almost 4 years. I can say for certain that the quality is very very good. I am a professional in engineering assurance, and those who worked with me know that I don't give praise easily. While we started off with some tension because I was demanding for evidence of quality checks, which they have offered me a meet up to view them (unable to provide cop... read more

Very disappointed. I had a quote with them and then they returned the deposit because they were unable to build. Understandable. I asked the lady who called me for the reason. Very rudely she said I should be aware of the current market. Did not ask me if I wanted the new quote or anything. Very very disappointing.
