My family has been shopping at this True Value for 3 generations. Their attention to customer service is 5 Star to say the least. My wife surprised me with a Big Green Egg for my birthday last week. Not only was the staff and owner very accommodating, they delivered, and assembled the unit. Then today in the mail I received a hand written thank you note thanking us for being a customer.
