RecommendedI bought a fixer upper in Waverly last summer and since then have taken on a lot of projects. I have been so impressed and appreciative of the great custom service and knowledge of the employees at Miller. Every time I go in there with a question or looking for something (sometimes not even knowing exactly what) they are helpful. I highly recommend them and appreciate having them so close to home In Waverly!
I bought a used push mower and was told it had a 30 day guarantee. I returned it when it quit after 5 minutes of use and was charged $40 to repair it and told the problem wasn't their fault. Staff was rude and customer service was not a priority it seemed. So after communicating with me Miller True Value did make things right. I do appreciate them stepping up and doing the right thing. Thank you very much.
