After playing phone tag for almost 2 weeks I finally got them on the phone today. The woman let me know she was not in the office at today. She then proceeded to ask me about my insurance and Information. What?! Absolutely not! You're gonna write down my info at home?! Very unprofessional. I'll be making an appointment somewhere else as this place clearly doesn't have it together. I’m looking for a counselor so I emailed this place. No one responded so I waited a week and called left a voicemail and never heard anything and it’s been 4 days.

Throughout my adult life I have been in different therapeutic counseling in different states. East TN 30 years ago was very lacking in up to date therapies. So glad to see it slowly changing to be more progressive. Dr. Mack is a talented kind, bright, caring professional therapist. I have highly recomended him to several people.

I went to the door 5 minutes early for my appointment it was locked I rang to door bell waited for a while a strange man walked on the floor above and yelled asking what I was do I told him he scared me and why was he yelling he than started walking down towards me followed me to my car all while who ever was inside watched from pulling the blinds apart!!!! Most sketchy place I have ever been I feel like they were up to something more!! Women beware!!!!
