They're very rude! I started to make this my regular place and one day when I was in there they asked me who did my nails last and when I had to point out the lady like she was in a lineup and then they started talking in their language and when I asked why they said no reason when it was obvious there was a reason and I look like I was getting this lady in trouble for something! My nails always break right after I get them done here and I'll never go back because they are very rude !

I came here pay $60 for mani and set of nails. My nail breaks a few days after and I still pay for it. My nails never break like that. I will be finding another nail shop or just make the drive back to my old place. At least my nails stay on for more than 5 days!

Hi Kristina, It is rare that a nail broke off after several days but it does happen. We do warranty our work. It is miscommunication when you came back to get that nail fixed. it should be under warranty. The tech did not know that you just had your nail done several days back, that is why she charged you. Please accept my sincere apology for the misunderstanding. Please come back for a fill-in on us. Give us another try before going somewhere else. Thank you.

Came in for a fill. Told the lady I wanted to keep the exact same shape and thickness and what I already had. I also asked if they had the extra dark pink acrylic (that I already had on my nails). She said they did. For starters she didn't ask me how short I wanted them cut, before she cut them completely in half. All my length GONE. She then filled my nails with a completely lighter, almost nude, pink. Not the same as what I had. I come once a year to this place, to get their nails all the way from Indiana. They are wonderful. I am a professional gardener, their nails stay on and they are beautiful. I love them, wish they were closer. NO One around me comes close to the quality of True Touch.
I must just left the place and very unsatisfied just paid 40.00 dollars for a full set gel manicure and my nails are uneven and looks like I need a fill already the lady blamed it on me not having nails for a while rather than fixing the issue they also admitted to watering down their nail polish
