After a week, the problem was resolved, thank you. After placing an order in the morning, noting the importance of it being shipped the same day and paying for a second day air; the product was not shipped until the following day. After talking with Sue at customer service, she said she would talk with her manger, so see if they would overnight the material to make good on our job's due date.
