Their advertising pops up on my Facebook newsfeed. I am not in need of any realtor services now or in the future. I find this intrusive. Can’t seem to get rid of their posts.
RecommendedSold our house in way less than a week! Ana was so patient and answered our 10000000 questions we had. They sold our house back in November and we are still receiving small gifts from True Team. Anytime anyone ever asks for a realtor I say they can’t go wrong with Ana!!
Doesn't respond to emails or voicemails in a timely manner. Extremely unprofessional conduct when reminded that she does not respond in a timely manner. Left our home in worse condition than they way it was found, when confronted on that the response is oh well that happens.. If you want a realtor who is truly terrible go with Ana and her team.
We were so blessed to work with Katie and this amazing team, seriously from getting us in contact with Devontae for the financial side, to patiently showing us homes, answering questions, writing offers late at night and bargaining fiercely to get us the price we wanted, to taking care of the small fixes needed on the home before closing and then after closing bringing us some chocolates and wine too! Chris and Ana are the best reality team in the Quad Cities! They take care of every detail and will be on top of every need. They even send you fun surprises in the mail after your purchase is long over. They sent me documents I needed for tax season, without asking if I needed them, a stamper with our new address on it, and lots of other fun things. They are just super thoughtful and helpful!!
