The only shop my cars go to in Lima. All the guys take great care of you here.
Took my car here to have them replace the drivers side axel as the passenger side was done 7 months prior. Took it home and a few months later noticed the noise was still there. Called and they told me they replaced the passenger side axel as that was the bad one. I had just gotten it inspected by the dealership the week before the repair. Will never go here again
My father in law took my husbands car in for a drivers side axel replacement and they replaced the PASSENGER side axel that they claimed was the “broken” one. Unfortunately for them, we got the car inspected the day before we took it to them, and they said the passenger side axel was in perfect condition and was replaced a year before. They proceeded to “fix” the not broken axel, take off the perfect Audi OEM axel and replaced it will the a, not as good, not audi axel. Can't say enough good about the place, price and quality are unbeatable. It's the only shop (besides dealers for warranty work) that has touched any of my vehicles, I highly recommend True Service.
