True is absolutely the best salon that I've been to. Trust me I'm a hair girl and going from salon to salon I can now say that I've found the place to go. The atmosphere is crisp and clean and the staff makes you feel most important. Most importantly! - After walking out that door I'm always 100% satisfied with the job they have done. All salons are NOT the same. True in West Berlin is exceptional. My first experience there was two weeks ago - hair cut, color and glaze and pedicure. I felt 20 yrs. younger when I left. The staff there is what it's all about. Evolved humans who know their craft. I thank them so much. Gail Lugo is phenomenal. Healther is a trip to lala land and more.
Wow! This place is amazing. This salon really knows how to treat a client. It was an upscale appointment with down-to-earth staff and prices! The spa room alone made me want to book the next available appointment! Everything about TRUE salon was TRULY wonderful. I will be returing next time I am home from college Thank You!
