I got a Groupon for Keratin Treatment for my daughter as gift. Not happy with the result, I suspect the procedure was rushed and less keratin product was used on the hair as you can see top layer is straighter than the bottom layer. And this is after the first wash following suggested wait time. Not coming back as we overpaid for what we got and when tried to talk to Judy she did not accept any responsibility for her work.
RecommendedI had been coloring my hair with box color forever. First time I ever had my hair done in a salon, and it looks beautiful. Judy took the time to explain how she would do my color , and we could work our way to getting lighter as we go so my hair would not be damaged.
