Had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, especially if it’s your first time. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I knew what to expect, which I really appreciated. My review of the spa itself is wonderful and I highly recommend going there! The staff, facility, and amenities are all fantastic. It is comfortable and clean. I really wasn’t sure what to expect with doing a “float”. But the float itself just was not my cup of tea. I do not like being warm at all so I did not enjoy the very warm, body temperature water and humid air. I couldn’t relax at all because of the uncomfortable temperature.
