I was very leary but I was looking for some relief and relaxation. True Rest is in my neighborhood so I decided to give it a try. Im a little claustrophobic so it took me awhile to actually fully relax. Well it was definitely worth it. I felt amazing at the end of my session as well as the next couple of days. The staff here is amazing. So welcoming, friendly and positive. No pushy sales here which I appreciate. The spa is very clean. I highly recommend TrueRest Float Spa
I am a member at the Tempe location. Tried this location out since it was close to work. Loved it.... and was excited to book more at the Chandler location. Not anymore... Tried to book my free Birthday float (first one...only been a member for a couple of months) but you must book within 10 days of your birthday. You are not allowed to float when you are on your period. So when your period starts the day after your birthday and lasts 10 days they will not work with you. No matter how my day, week, month is going, the Chandler family always has a smile, and just walking thru the door seems to remove a bit of the weight. By the time I leave, I feel lighter and more relaxed.
Horrible experience. I was in bed for 2 days with a horrible migraine and in severe pain. Your float made me miserable. You should think about warming it up better as I shivered for 25 min. I'm very unhappy and would not recommend anyone to come to your place. I got told it was because I was detoxing. I’ve never had a bad experience with detoxing before.

Loved floating! A must try experience!
It was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would do differently is make a playlist or have them play music all the way through the session. it gets very quiet inside the pod.
