Such an amazing experience after just one float im hooked. Everyone that works there are so bright and warming and welcoming. If you are dealing with stree,pain,imflamation basically anything id 100 percent recommend you give it a try!
True rest is helping me through a herniated disc and fractured sacrum. So much relief! I go once a week for maintenance of body and mind.

I wish I could give True REST more than 5 stars! I completed my third float last night and it was absolutely amazing. This experience has already decreased my pain by a solid 60%, my stress and anxiety just float away and they have to returned as of this writing. Not to mention the just incredible customer service the staff at the Chandler location provide - it is second to none. What an amazing experience. This was my first time at True Rest Float. I am definitely going back.
After having floated twice now, I can say without I shadow of a doubt I’m hooked. Truly such a relaxing experience. I purposely detach from all expectations and just let my body do what it wants to do in the tank. I find myself stretching out and bending in ways that feel so soothing and healing to my body as I listen to the calming music inside the dark vessel. Jen was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process for my first visit. The place is so clean and relaxing I could stay all day. I felt very comfortable and signed up for a membership! Looking forward to floating again.
I had heard good things about floating and so finally decided to try it out for myself. It's hard for me to shut my brain off ever so the first session went OK but wasn't quite what I felt like others had described to me. With that being said though I went ahead and signed up for a second session since I was told it can take a few times before you get the full benefits.
