Every time i go here there's a problem with the scheduleling ladies last week called rescheduled us and then we go back this week and she didn't schedule us so we drove 50 minutes for nothing

The facility was clean. Theresa the hostess was very helpful. The float was very relaxing.
True Rest floats are enjoyable, relaxing and therapeutic.
First, this was fine ON my birthday. I've wanted to do this for years... When you walk out after 15 minutes and tell the attendant, I don't get it and she says me either. It starts with a video. It shows your own music connection. As soon as I'm shown to my room, I ask about it and the attendant says, OH we don't have that. I ask for music and she says she can do that. Showered as instructed, got into water, wasn't told that you have to lay still before it'll "start". No instruction on the lights or intercom. Music starts, l... read more
