It was such a relaxing experience and environment. The women who helped us was so friendly. I have a hectic household so the peace and quiet was much needed. I would highly recommend it!!
It was a good experience, I just think for the first time the music should continue playing for the whole float. I think it would have helped me stay more focused and relaxed.
Absolutely enjoyed my second visit to True REST Float Spa. It is a very clean, relaxing and inviting environment. The Float Rooms are private with your own shower so that you can just get into your float pod right afterwards. The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. There is a nice room that you can sit and continue to relax after your float and have some hot tea or water and use the oxygen bar as part of your first float experience with True REST. I went with my mom for our first float. I was nervous because I get claustrophobic but they give u the option to keep the pod open during ur float as well as determining if u want lights on or off. I had some pain and as soon as I got out my pain was gone and I felt relaxed! Lola was amazing making us feel welcome as well as answering any and all questions we had. We will both definitely be back!
Absolutely perfect. I manage both anxiety and muscle inflammation from regular weight training. This sanctuary of healing is now one of the WellCare tools in my belt to bring ease and sweetness in life.
