I experienced my first float. The facility appeared very clean , great customer service. It was very hard to relax which was a big clue that i hve control issue and poor ability to be in the moment. My husband has booked hi appointment and i will be back in two weeks
Enjoyed the experience very much. So much so that I bought a membership and I'll be blogging about the benefits.
I tried one float and was hooked. It is so peaceful and relaxing. I signed up for a membership and just did my second float. It helps relieve stress and I notice that I sleep better also. I recommend it to everyone I know!! Very clean and comfortable environment all the way around.
Omg, what an amazing experience. Went in overwhelmed and came out an entire new person. I seen so many things and my imagination was endless. Now I feel great and can't wait for my next float! Best place ever!

I absolutely LOVE True REST Detroit! Yesterday was my 8th float since the end of January 2017, and each time it gets better and better. I am so grateful to have floating in my life! I tell everyone about it. I am a massage therapist and energy worker for the past 9 years now and I tell my clients about the benefits of soaking in epsom salt, but True REST takes those benefits to whole another dimension!!
Amazing. I've floated a couple of places and they are all amazing. I wouldn't say true rest is better or worse than the other options. They are super friendly and floating is floating, research it before, and it's the best feeling ever to not feel yourself. My advice is to try to go in with a calm mind and keep negative thoughts far away and you'll have an experience you'll never forget. Well you'll forget but in a great way.
