I did my first float and loved it ! I have lupus sjogrens fibromyalgia degenerative disc disease and severe anxiety and panic attacks. I bought a membership and have 2 more visits with the Groupon special. I’m looking forward to floating again � the staff was amazing the place itself is immaculate! The vibe is peaceful. I highly recommend this !
Life-changing! This is heaven on earth. I opted for silence and darkness and felt like I was in the pod forever. I love that the shower is immediately outside the pod in your very clean private room. Katie was so nice! I'm grateful for her recommendation to float with my arms raised above my head. I experimented with other positions but that relieved the most tension and was super relaxing! I've already posted on my fb and recommended all my friends to get hip to floating. I'll be back!!
I treated my best friend and myself to a float this evening - we were both first timers. My friend has a rare form of MS and mobility/range of motion are her chief difficulties. The young woman who got us checked in and explained everything to us, was nice enough to place a four legged shower chair (with seat back) in my friend's room to make things easier for her with regard to dressing and undressing.
