Avoid this company at all costs! They do not answer the phone and are completely unprofessional! We had an appointment to see one of their listings and paid an application fee. The agent never even bothered showing up. We went out of our way to drive to see the property after having scheduled an appointment with one of their agents. The whole thing felt like a scam!
They have been efficiently handling all aspects of our rental property for 1-1/2 years and have a very good online portal where you can track everything regarding the rent and maintenance expenses. I would highly recommend this Company.
