Kyle was very professional and did an amazing job repairing our leaking shower. He took time to explain everything along with possible other issues that could come up, prior to the repair. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue very quickly. He was respectful of our home, using his shoe protection and the clean up was perfect. I will use True Plumbing again.

True Plumbing has been great to work with. Morgan and Kim have been extremely helpful in the back office with scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with me about my multi-part job request. I’ve had some unexpected, additional, work arise and this team has been very consultative. Hunter in the field has also been fantastic to work with. We had a great experience with True Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We had an unexpected, last-minute water heater issue and needed a new one quickly. Hunter was our plumbing technician and was friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered our questions, and made what was a stressful situation much easier. We really appreciated his professionalism and prompt service and would definitely recommend Hunter and True Plumbing, Heating & Cooling!

Best plumber we’ve ever used in all the years of being a homeowner. James is very knowledgeable, extremely patient with explaining the what and why, and thought through what was the best approach in what turned out to be a very tough job. He was punctual, hardworking and very professional. I hope we won’t need him again but I made sure to keep his number if need be.

This is an incredible company and incredible service! Very fairly priced. I ended up going outside of my homeowners warranty due to a slow turnaround time, only to find True Plumbing. They had Gary out the next day and were incredibly responsive. He explained to me exactly what was happening, and fixed the problem in no time! Highly recommend!
