Pilot light went out in water heater, Tony came out, re-lit it, showed me the correct way to do it in case it happened again. Said it could be a fluke but if it happened again to give them a call...the water heater is fairly new and he said they would work with the manufacturer to get repairs done under the warranty. Quick response, friendly and informative...and didn’t charge for their 5 mins of time! HIGHLY recommend (another company wanted to charge a minimum 1 hr svc chg of $169 just to come by) Thanks Tony!
We just had True Plumbing do a Tankless Water Heater flush and the service and price were great , tony was awesome. We will use True Plumbing from now on
