Today (16 July 2025), I had a new hot water heater installed....my old one still worked but was decades old and really needed to be replaced. Nick and CJ arrived in a very timely manner and were polite, efficient and very professional. They made sure everything was working correctly, and of course it was! This is the place to call for all your plumbing needs. And Cortney (the lady I spoke with on the phone several times) was always polite and helpful. Way to go Nick, CJ, Cortney and everyone at True Plumbers and AC!
Chris and Paul were the Plumbers who came to fix a water leak for me. They were awesome! They had a very long day but were still professional and thorough and got the job done.
Patrick did a wonderful job with my repair! Arrived ahead of schedule, gave detailed information on the repair needed and then went to action! Very pleased with how quick and courteous the visit went.
Darius was exceptional, but most importantly, he was honest. I saved thousands of dollars by calling True AC.
I called True Plumbers to see if they could fix my water leak today. Kent Norris came out in a short time, and repaired the broken pipe quickly, and had my water back on in no time.
