For years we had the same wonderful plumber, Barry Hancock - so intuitive, so careful, so honest. Unfortunately he has now passed away, so when an upstairs shower began leaking onto the ceiling downstairs, we had no idea who to contact. Somehow my husband learned of True Plumb so looked up their reviews. Wow! They have great testimonials as to the quality of their work. We had a great experience with True Plumb. They were prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had the problem fixed in no time. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. They even offered to fix another issue that I hadn’t even inquired about! Will definitely recommend them & will call back if future issues arise.
